• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies shall apply as per our prevailing guidelines.

• All guests must strictly follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

• Kashi Arrival reserves the right to deny or discontinue service to any individual who violates safety regulations, behaves inappropriately, or poses a risk to others.

3. Liability and Responsibility

• Kashi Arrival shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or service disruptions resulting from weather conditions, technical failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the service period.

4. Privacy Policy

• By using our services, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Amendments to Terms

• Kashi Arrival reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

• By reserving your Dev Diwali boat ride with Kashi Arrival, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  1. High Demand: Dev Diwali is one of the most celebrated festivals in Varanasi. Prices are subject to increase based on demand and booking date. Follow us on social media pages and channel for Dev Diwali booking updates and important announcements.

  2. Reporting Time: Please reach your designated pickup ghat by 4:00 PM to avoid delays. Boats will depart as per schedule.

  3. Event Timing: Boat ride will run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Approx 3+ hours).

  4. Pickup Location: Usually from Assi/Dashashwamedh/Namo Ghat or your nearest confirmed ghat. You will receive final details upon confirmation.

  5. Payment Policy: Advance required for private boats; full payment for shared boat tickets. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

  6. Cancellation Policy: All boat ticket bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  Private Boat Cancellation:

  Cancel 15+ days before – 50% advance refunded.

  Cancel within 15 days – No refund.

  7. Safety Guidelines: All guests must wear life jackets (provided). Follow instructions from the boat crew and local authorities. Boat capacity and safety protocols will be strictly followed.

  8. Disclaimer: Schedules may change due to weather or government orders. Kashi Arrival is not liable for cancellations. Event timings (Ganga Aarti, Fireworks, Laser Light Show, Drone Show) are managed by UP Tourism and may vary beyond our control.

  9. Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Varanasi courts.
